Upon opening my first package from Blueland Soap, this was the
first line I read on the box, "refill is the new recycle." Kinda catchy, isn't it? Well it got me to thinking how as a society, we have made so much progress toward recycling consistently. This is great! However, the process of recycling still creates some sort of waste (as almost anything does). So finding a product that we can refill and reuse over and over again, that's a win in my book.
Still, I was left with one vital question before ordering. Does it work? If I am going to make an investment in sustainable cleaning products, I need them to work. Saving the world does me no good if I can't get the dried toothpaste off of my sink.
Well, after reading review after review that all started with the word "love," I decided to put in the order and try it for myself. That led me to this point, where I now have the chance to share with all of you my honest review.
Blueland soap is by far my favorite sustainable purchase I have made. It works! It works just as well, maybe even better than my old cleaners. I love the simplicity of popping a tablet in and watching it create magic. I love that I can reuse these beautiful glass bottles over and over again. Most of all, I was shocked at how quickly it took off the gunk layered on our sinks. Just to show you I'm not exaggerating, I took a few pictures of my first experience with the multi-surface cleaner and bathroom cleaner.
